Re: 2008 Tournament/Event Schedule
You will be asked to schedule 2008 events at the next CJL Meeting on Sunday, September 16. If possible, consideration should be given as follows for scheduling your events.
Ø CJL will schedule their events first i.e. banquet, State
Championship, (2) training camps.
Ø Avoid back to back weekends for tournaments.
Ø Where possible consider (1) tournament a month.
Ø Every club should receive a first choice pick; those clubs
hosting more than one event a year should wait until everyone has a first choice pick before choosing a second date for a second tournament.
Ø All national/international events, known to this date, will
be posted on calendar.
