The next Black Belt Promotion Test:

Date: September 25, 2010
Time: 1:00 PM
Location: Boulder Martial Arts
              607 S. Broadway, Suite G
              Boulder, Colorado 80305
              (Corner of Broadway and Table Mesa)

Instructors: Please forward the completed Recommendation for Promotion Form (link to form is at bottom of this page) for your students that you desire to promote to Black Belts along with the $10.00 testing fee to Page Baptist, Chairman of the Board, as soon as possible, but no later than 3 weeks prior to the date of the test.

Please be sure the form is completed to the best of your ability so the Board can discuss the promotion at the meeting which is held prior to the examination.

You must have your sensei's approval and must have the necessary qualifications for the rank.
